Gluten Free Donuts That Are Simple To Make And Taste Great
I love donuts! Even as a fitness professional, I have an achilles heel, like everyone else!! I rarely ever eat a donut though because they just aren’t that healthy and they don’t fit into my fitness goals very well.
If you’re like me, a healthy donut is a great option and one that is gluten free is even better…so I made my own.
They are so easy in facet that a person watching this video when I was doing it live took a picture of hers just going into the oven!!
2 eggs
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or any non dairy milk)
2 tbsp of coconut flour
1.5 tbsp of protein powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp sweetener of your choice
2 tsp grass fed butter or ghee
1/2 tsp baking powder.
Save the baking powder until the end, it is the last ingredient to go in.
Mix all of the other ingredients. Once it is mixed well, add in the baking powder.
Pour into your donut maker or donut tins
