In a nonstick wok 1 lb Chicken boiled and fried till golden brown .Boil in 1 cup Chicken broth.
Ingredients
3 tblspns of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tblspn of Red Wine Vinegar/White Wine
1 Tblspn Garlic with 1 tblspn Lousiana Style hot sauce and 1 tblspn Chilly garlic sauce
1 Tblspn Mexican Sauce{Barbecue
Chipotle Fire Sauce}
1 tspn Tobasco Sauce
1 tblspn Tomato Paste
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 tspn Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 tspn Red Hot Chilly Powder
1 inch Ginger
Coriander leaves for garnish
1 tspn Salt or to taste and pepper
1 onion chopped
Tortillas
¼ cup All Puprpose Flour
¼ cup of Corn Flour
¼ cup wheat flour
MIX IN BLENDER
Serve with Avocado,Lemon Juice,1 tomato Coriander,salt pepper to make a salsa
