i really learn a lot from your videos thought i know cause iam celiac patient , i was shocked to know that all the grains are not gluten free for me cause its mimicking it. what is left just wild rice ? what can i have more ? not even lactose free yogurt?
What about goat dairy products labeled "organic" – milk, yogurt, cheese – grass fed, grain fed?
How about GMO free foods? I watched the video GENETIC ROULETTE. This is full of stories of people who started eating all organic, even wheat, and their pains stayed away. Too bad sugar isn't like that. Even the lowest sugar organic fruit like strawberries are making me ache I think. But then I haven't weeded out all the chemicals in plastic jars and cans and the air and my clothes and sheets. I drink distilled water IF it is really distilled water. I eat all organic IF these foods are really organic. But the air being full of chemicals is another thing.
Also there is the acidic/alkaline subject. Many people are saying our bodies try to keep us around a pH of 7.4. That is because we consist of atoms which spin as positive/negative poles. Apparently these must stay balanced and what we eat changes this balance in the atoms. Look up what foods are acidic. We are breathing acidic air and taking acidic pills. Even the fluoride in the water is toxic which means acidic. We have to overcome all of these, so I think eating all alkaline foods may be better to keep balanced. Animals and their products are acidic I have heard. Maybe the cows are eating grass that pesticides and chemtrails have covered. Maybe cows hear other cows being slaughtered and this is when they turn acidic. Maybe they drink toxic waters full of chemicals. I have read that eggs are acidic. Maybe the mother hens became stressed out because they have to stay inside all day all crunched up with other chickens. Animals have feelings too, or they wouldn't take care of their young.
People turn their own selves acidic by being stressed out.
buckwheat knocks me OUT

Thank you very much for your video Dr. Osborne. You seem very dedicated, knowledgeable, intelligent and caring. I'm about 23 minutes into the video and have gotten lots of good information already. I'm going to purchase your book "No Grain, No Pain". I've been feeling better since I replaced corn tortillas with cassava flour tortillas (I like the Cabo Chips brand because they use organic cassava flour) and I've also replaced my regular gluten free bread with grain-free Base Culture Original bread. They are expensive but they are nutritionally dense and filling and I'm not crashing over semi-unconscious on the kitchen table after eating(!) I'm so glad that wild rice is allowed, yay! I've been gluten-, dairy-, sugar- and oat- free for years but was still eating corn, quinoa and regular GF bread which I think is why my results were only so-so. I'm feeling more clear-headed and have more energy already.
I convinced my skeptical boyfriend to try going gluten-free five years ago. (He still eats oats, dairy, sugar and corn though.) He has a rare, inherited and disabling form of arthritis plus the more common osteo-arthritis on top of that. Even just doing the standard gluten-free diet his swollen, red and painful elbow which had been that way for like 1-1/2 years went down to normal size and color in just three days. I'm hoping to get him to go further with it and try your protocol.
I've been taking anti-inflammatory supplements also which help me: glycine powder, Healthy Drops Inflama-Relief and Crystal Creek Organics CBD oil isolate. I'm doing much better overall. (I've had CFIDS since 1990.)
Very good information! Thank you for this information.
Fantastic stuff here. Certainly explains a lot. GF since 2010. Now maybe fine tuning it.

Corn yes corn, Go to my parents favourite food when I was small but something I cannot really really keep down but when I went to poop he could see the corn you can literally see corn. Thank goodness my parents taught us to like the love of food they let us eat now they expose us to the foods of the world, Group in Polish German wasp neighbourhood in Toronto that’s neighbourhood in the world and a bakery on every block yay can’t get any better than that and the best trying to jump back in the good old days were all relatives up to the early 80s and we never had a good Chinatown ever since, grrrr

Is maltrodextin harmful?
So what the hell are we suppose to eat? Can you please send a link for what is safe please. Much appreciated 😊
Thankfully I don't like quinoa. I've reacted to corn and nutritional yeast which has pushed me to become fully raw right now and then I plan to add in one cooked food at a time to see if I can handle it. Working with my Naturalpath. Anyway, this is such good information and thank you for putting these videos out. I'm newly diagnosed with CD and RA. (although I don't believe RA diagnosis is true like my medical dr does. And truly believe it's a result from the CD.) Your videos have helped me with tons of info backing up what I've already researched)
If your on keto is there hidden Gluten in foods like dressing. I have a lot of pain in my joints I fall asleep all day long ?
Salam Dr & everyone best wishes of Algeria. We trust you.
Yes to all … thanks for the wild rice tip. I am 72 and my brothers and I had sensitivities from birth. I remember sitting on the potty with heated water to help with constipation which I now treat with lots of green veg. My older brother had terrible acne which scarred his face forever … looking back he almost certainly had something like ADHD and passed in his early 60's… alcahol has had a massive effect on the family. Thank you for all that you do for us Dr Osborne…. Blessings👍
What is the best food to eat
Hellow thanks
I am not a fan of the ketogenic diet, but you mentioned carbs being an essential macronutrient. It really is not because of gluconeogenesis. What humans are after within natural unprocessed carbs are the micronutrients content, in which many are not bioavailable for absorption anyway. Prior to refrigeration, commercialization, and agriculture 10k years ago the human body is actually in ketosis most of the time. Babies are actually born in a state of ketosis and remains in ketosis throughout infancy before weened off to processed foods. Breastmilk is 54% saturated fat. Although not a fan of the keto diet, many would agree that the ketogenic diet is actually the proper human species diet
Are sweet potatoes and potatoes gluten Free?
Diagnosed with Celiac’s a year ago at 56 years old. My sister has it as well and my mom died from primary biliary cirrhosis of the liver at 57. I just read that “ there is a well established connection “ between it and Celiac’s Disease.
