Why didn't you cut it open to see what it looks like? I like my fried egg yokes gelled inside. What do you call that? Last week I ordered 2/eggs from steak n shake over medium &'they cooked them runny!
Now this is the way you cook eggs!! I've seen so many videos where people use spatulas. I don't need no stinking spatula to cook eggs. My only kick with this is you seem to be using a coated pan. If it's a seasoning coating, then yeah. But if it was coated at the manufacturer, then, I'd pass on that pan. I prefer stainless steel pans that I season myself to prevent sticking. Either way, good video on how to actually cook eggs without a spatula.

I always have the edges bubbling very fast and was kinda hit-and-miss with the cooked yolk
now I know how to get EXACTLY the egg i want EVERY time.
