SEMI-HOMEMADE WEEK OF MEALS || MEAL PLANNING MOTIVATION
Hey guys! Today I’m sharing what we ate last week, and as it turns out, much of it was semi-homemade, but maybe you’re like me and need someone to tell you every now and again that THAT’S OK! I’ve linked a few of the recipes below, although many of them are “wing it” style. What’s on your menu this week?
Taco Rice Casserole:
Brussels Sprouts Soup:
Mississippi Roast:
Zucchini Muffins:

I may say this with every video like this but I LOVE these videos! I often meal plan around them. You have such a well rounded channel that truly inspires this fellow homeschool mama!
I loved these ideas. Simple, quick, and yummy. Thank you. – Jerusha
A well made sandwich is my absolute favorite MEAL. And yes it is a meal. Good for you. You know what else makes a fabulous dinner??? BREAKFAST!!! Anything you would have for breakfast makes awesome dinner foods. I can't eat heavy in the morning but love breakfast foods. An english breakfast for dinner is at least a monthly thing over here.
Loved seeing these easy meals! Great ideas for when life is overwhelming and take out feels so much easier.
Where dis you find the sprouted wraps?
The most satisfying thing we did this week was basically pack the fridge with salad toppings (bell pepper, green onion, peas, corn, tomato, carrots, cheese, etc) and a huge bowl with 3 types of lettuces mixed. It only lasted 3 days because of how often we reached for it, but we all had whatever type salad we wanted multiple times until it was gone.
The salad kit on a wrap plus chicken is genius!
