What about black beans? Does the high fiber content mitigate the carbs sufficiently that I can work them into a keto diet in moderation?
You say "it's pasteurized" like that's a bad thing. I thought dairy was deadly without pasteurization. Doesn't it kill listeria and all that nasty stuff?
Oat glicemic index is higher than sugar? Where have you found it?
Is there any bread that is healthy or should we eat none AT ALL?
