BLT Guacamole Recipe – Delish!
Delish Cookbook:

Classic guacamole never gets old but this recipe takes it to the next level!

Ingredients:
4 avocados
½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup shredded lettuce
4 slices of bacon (cooked and chopped)
2 slices of green onions
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large bowl, mash 4 avocados until almost smooth. Stir in cherry tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, green onions, lime juice and salt and pepper. Mix well and serve with chips.
