I will soon trying your Kale salad now that I found this one.
I have been using a baby kale for my salad with lots of celery, red onion, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower and small tomatoes. Since I started smoothies and salads, in three weeks I lost 4 pounds plus….need to be weighed again, but I also feel so much better. I know I will get back down or close to my normal weight. I am so glad I came across your videos. Thank you so so much.
So, all the ingredients seemed suspect, but they actually came together. It taste pretty good! I really like Kimberley, i love her probiotics also! I had extremely bad gas, i mean sour gas and i took her probiotics and it stopped the gas! I love you Kimberly!!!
