Recipes start around 35.00, but great tips, advice & info all the way through. I'm not even a member yet & can say Anna's method works. I've lost 5 – 7kg accidentally…just trying to improve my poor health, but trying out the recipes on her YouTube ads!! My sugar levels have halved…still working on the bp.

I missed the live broadcast, but I am a member and do suffer from joint pain. The workshop is very helpful. Is there a way to get a copy of the cookbook?
Lots of wonderful tips and food combos, including putting a banana next to a pineapple to help it ripen, great knife tricks that keep us safe and make things so easy "chef knife!" TY!
