Please let me know if you have any questions about growing cabbage!
Thanks! I planted cabbage last year in my raised garden of 5 gal buckets! I am 78, had knee replacements so I can't get down on my knees! They grew, but were only maybe 3" diameter in the early fall. I knew I planted late, but was hoping to get a few head, I live in SW Wisconsin. 1st frost is usually around the 17th of Sept. The tubs were full of compost and dirt on top, about 2 ". See anything wrong with these? Am I better off to just put them in the ground?
You said that never put the plant directly in contact with fertilizer, please give me more information regarding that.
Great tips! Thank u
