Talking all about HOW I am going to Pass GO and reach my goal of losing 30 lbs by May 6th.
1) Fitlife – These guys preach health and nutrition and I have learned so much from them! I’m currently involved in a 30 day group coaching with them. I highly recommend it! (
2) Paleo – Also called the Cave Man diet, think hunter/gatherer. Fruits, Veggies, Meat, Nuts. It’s my favorite way to eat! It’s great when your body knows exactly what to do with what you put in it! (
3) Whole 30 – this is an amazing challenge! I am not 100% true to this as I still have honey a few times a week in my tea, but by March 1st, I will be all Whole30 til the end!! (
4) Blood Type Diet – As I said, I’m not completely convinced, but I know there are some things on the “AVOID” list that my body is intuitively against! I figure that adding this to my arsenal couldn’t hurt! (
5) 30 minutes of exercise per day! More intense workouts to come but I am finishing up a 4 days juice fast. DO NOT FAST AND WORKOUT TO INTENSITY!!! It will not lead to happiness.
