A much healthier alternative to take to a picnic or BBQ compared to a traditional pasta salad which would have oil and animal products.

It looks divine. I admit I am avoiding pasta and any type of flour. Still too scared to go that way and get all bloated.
Hi, great video! What about food combination? Is this dish easy to digest? I'm really fixed on Mono Meals and sometimes I'm afraid to mix so many ingredients but would love to try this salad. Thanks!!!
