Hey Providencia I love your recipes! I want to make this whole chicken recipe but do you think it would be ok to cook in a slow cooker?
That looks so good. I was wondering though, why did you cut the slits in the chicken? Does it cook faster that way or was it to just let the marinade get inside?
I must say I love your idea of making the marinate on the side before you put it on the meat that way you can taste it. I did that and I liked it better and my husband did too. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas.

Have you ever made Cuban Sandwiches ? When we went to Puerto Rico we fell in love with those wonderful tasty sandwiches. I'm just not sure what all goes in them 🙂
