I worked out 5x a week (weight training) now I workout 6x a week because I added a Hiit session. On my day off (rest day) My NEAT increases because that’s when I do all my house cleaning. I am 5’3 I weigh 155 and I eat 1600 calories. AND I DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT. Like wtf

This is interesting to watch!!!! I can’t count calories because I’m recovered from an eating disorder but it’s cool to see what you can eat to stay healthy. Because I had to eat 3,500 calories a day for a year or so I’m not very healthy lol but I might try this out!!!!!!
