Carrot Cake Protein Bar Recipe:
Dry ingredients:
1 cup spelt or ww flour
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 jars baby food organic carrots
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10 drops of Stevia
4 ounces water
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another. Mix together and pour into a non-stick pan. Bake at 350 for 25 min or until done!
