That sesame dressing. What's the brand? So I can look it up for the ingredients. Also does it have sesame seeds in it. I can't seem to find a good dressing without alot of stuff in it.

I just finished my 30 day no meat diet and I don't know why I didn't think of frozen fruit for my smoothies. That cutting up all those fruits and veggies was a little nerve wrecking.
also I don't know if u are familiar wit dr sebi he can also give u extra tips on eating Healthy
