I love sugar free fudge pops, nice haul, I also like this new ice cream I found like ,50-70calories a serving depending on flavor,very low carb and has protein, I love salmon, we made spaghetti tonight, my daughter loves spaghetti, have a great week

Thank you. A leader told me it has Points. I wish it didn't because it is so hard to find breasts without the rib meat. With the rib meat the breasts are also cheaper.

Ok, so glad I can ask you this. I noticed your chicken breast has rib meat. I have been told they aren't zero points because the rib meat adds points. How do you count for the rib meat.? There is definitely more fat in the rib meat.
