Ingredients (no weighing/measuring, amounts to taste-use your mind)
Stewed Peas
Canned Green Pigeon Peas
1 Onion red/white
Spring onion (amount to taste)
Garlic (amount to taste)
Coarse Black pepper
Mixed herbs
Sea Salt
Carrots
Vegetable stock
Curry Powder
Coconut Cream
Broccoli
Avocado Salad
Any salad leaves but I used:
Rocket
Cucumber
Tomato
Spring Onions
Salad Dressing
Lemon Juice
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Honey
Mixed herbs
Coars black pepper
Sea Salt

I’m not a great cook but I needed to find tasty meat free recipes.
If you don’t like coconut cream, don’t add it, but use a potato to thicken the sauce. I normally cook the sweet potatoes with the stew so the sause is thickened.
I would imagine you can use most types of legumes. Try it. Let me know how you like it. In the video I know I said it looked delicious. I think I got carried away with being a “TV chef”. The stewed peas doesn’t look all that attractive, the salad looks lovely though, but it all tasted delicious. Creamy and spicy
