Just made this again fabulous for Christmas Day dinner also made chicken curry, lamb curry and a korma. Thank you soo much Latif no wonder everyone visits us Christmas Day 😊
This rice is very soggy and not restaurant standard but im glad you shared it because we dont always get it right due to the lack of time or miscalculation. We are all human and error does occur! Please dont lick your hand to taste the salt bro please use a spoon especially because you didnt wash your hand after that was seriously gross 🤢 🤮!
Even with the crazy measurements I just followed along and adjusted according to what his sauce looked like using the time stamps. I didn’t have the plums so I substituted dried dates it turned out absolutely delicious plated with naan yoghurt and Bengali salad. Best ever biryani recipe I’ve found thank you for your videos can’t wait to try another one.
Seeing the comments – there you have it, Latif turns out to be a psychological therapist purely by accident. That's such good news and Latif deserves an award for the way his work and sharing has improved people's lives and will go on doing so without any doubt. Good on you Latif or should I say Bismilah? Blessings on all you do.
I never saw you remove the pods, sticks, cloves, star anise, what happens with them ,you bite into a clove and you will know about it. Can't really leave them there and take them out when you eat it as sometimes you cannot see them for the sauce. Or perhaps in the rice.
Chuttiya banah rahay ho beryani or pulaoo difference hay it's not beryani polao beryani making boil rice and mixed chiken Curry chuttiya bano goro polao kay name beryani
Tried to buy Ali Bukhara in thailand without success, can I substitute with a dried prune do you think? Can’t wait to cook this dish:-) Great presentations by the way.

What’s the chicken actually cooking in, oil? That’s a lot of oil if so. If it’s releasing water why not buy proper non water injected chicken ? 🤔
I wish I had Latif's knowledge.
