1 and half teaspoon garlic
1 and half teaspoon ginger
3 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoon water
2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Cauliflower Flour Mixture
2 1/2 cup of Cauliflower
3/4 cup of flour
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of salt
Oil (for frying)
Rice (serves 2)
cook according to rice package
1 cup rice to 2 cup water
Garnish (optional)
Sesame Seeds
Green Onions
