   7 days in keto but eating cheese I don't cut any weight. What's the reason? Somebody says you have to stay away of nuts and diary. What's the true?

   Great haul!!! If you want a quiche with crust, put a slice of bacon in the bottom of the muffin pan. Crisp them under the broiler about 2 min. Then fill with egg mixture and cook like normal!!! Yum!!! 💗💗💗

   I did the Atkins diet and lost lots of weight but it's not sustainable for me. I just can't be without carbs for too long. I hope this works for you. I've seen it work great for Drea VSG.

   I'm watching all the keto people with interest, lots of my favourite foods here. I've chosen a different way to eat, but that's the beauty of it, more than one way to get to the end point. Good luck. I hope you can buy free range eggs, better for the chooks than the caged type. Enjoy your food 🙂
