I agree with Christina below but, I am trying to listen. I did not know Dr. Bernard is 60 in this vid. He certainly does not look it.
Oh gosh, really wish this vegan society would learn how to improve the sound quality. So bad that I couldn't listen to it.
At about minute 25/26 it sounds like the person doing the recording is eating. Very annoying. Who ever recorded this needs a lesson in how to record something they expect to show to others later, and want them to listen and pay attention. Too bad, because it's a great lecture.
Great information, but too bad the person taking the video didn't show all the slides.
Omnivores and high fatters also claim to produce good health with their diets so maybe can give more studies on the longevity of vegans. Maybe have to scare people about global warming doomsday and preach some vegan ethics to try to convince more people to go 100% vegan.
The information is getting out all over FB with Dr. Barnard's help and others such as Dr. Michael Greger and his nutrition facts videos, his latest series is about the POWER of turmeric but all of his videos center on the power of plants in our diets. Woot!
