Another question, you said your chicken was a little dry. Was it because you smoked them with your ribs? I mean time-wise and position?

I too found myself cooking more with yellow mustard. pretty much good on every thing . It makes a good binder too Do the chicken as well with yellow mustard > Oh no mustard on the chicken I'am shying away from apple cider vinegar grape and apple juice> going to more> orange juice, Sweeten pine apple juice, teriyaki , and cherry juice
