Olive Oil
Garlic
Ginger
Jalapeño
Red Curry Paste
Lemongrass/Oil
Salt/Pepper
Chicken Broth, HOMEMADE AND/OR ORGANIC
Coconut Milk (light) ORGANIC AND BPA FREE
Mushrooms, ORGANIC
Rice Noodles
Mushrooms, ORGANIC
Scallions, ORGANIC
Cilantro, ORGANIC
Lime Juice. ORGANIC
Sauté’ in olive oil garlic, ginger, jalapeño, jalapeño, curry paste, either lemongrass, or lemongrass oil and salt/pepper.
Add chicken broth and coconut milk, simmer for 5 mins.
Add mushrooms and rice noodles, simmer for 5 mins.
Top with scallions, onions, and lime juice, ENJOY!
