Hello and thanks for your wonderful channel. Yesterday 9/4/20 I bought a small Breadfruit for the first time as I first had it upon my first visit to gorgeous Jamaica in December of 2018 and in fact, a nice lady sitting next to me on the plane going down there recommended that I try Breadfruit and luckily for me where I was staying with a close friend at his mother's house in the country two hours from Montego, his mom had some Breadfruit that she grows on her property and had it roasted for us and it was beyond delicious. I too have an electric stove as perhaps most of (3/4?) Florida does. You mentioned that you had it in the oven for an 1-1/2 hours, but at what temperature? Looking forward to your response and thanks again.
