Doesn't cutting up the potatoes allow all the vitamins to leach out and make them watery? I think cooking them whole is part of what healthy eating is about…faster is not always better for you. True Thanksgiving for health and calm and enjoying the process of cooking!

Or just cook your potatoes in cold water…bring them to a boil…boil 15 minutes…let them cool until you can take them out of the water by hand… and slice for egg or potato salad or cook 20 minutes then same/mash!
