Breakfast in a Jar, cooked in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker layers Tater Tots, Eggs, Cheese, Peach Mango Salsa and Cooked Breakfast Meat (This recipe used home made Deer Baloney cubes but you could use bacon or sausage) . It cooks in 5 minutes in the pressure cooker. Flavors blend into a savory breakfast treat.

Hi Kathy, I know this is an old video but I just found it going through your videos. I watch you n your hubby all the time, such fun you two are 😊 I wanted to ask you what kind, size jars are these for I have never seen them where I live. Hope you had A Merry Christmas and Have A Happy New Year🎉
This looks amazing! I can’t wait to try it! I’m confused about putting the jars directly on the bottom. I was told years ago, long before the instant pot, to NEVER put anything directly on the bottom. To always have something to set them on.
I will definitely to that. Otherwise, thank you for this WONDERFUL IDEA! New subscriber!
Could you do these with the canning lid on and have them seal.
can these be canned with lids and shelf stable?
Kathy do you think this could be done in a rice cooker? I don't have an Instant Pot.
Very creative idea. A portion for everyone. Cooked in little time and served hot. The salsa was different, wouldn’t have thought to add that. But it goes great with the other ingredients.
I watched this presentation yesterday and thought it looked interesting. Always looking for breakfast ideas. I made it this morning in my wide-mouth pint jars. I only made 2 of them in case we didn't like it. I used shredded cheese, sliced green onions, bacon, tots, eggs & salsa, Kathy, I have to tell you, they were fabulous!!! Not a "looker" by any means, but very tasty. Thank you for the great idea. 🙂
InstantPot…….making dreams come true! I enjoy mine everyday, my husband loves trying out my new creations too!
These would be great to take to work as a "grab and go" breakfasts! Thank you so much for this video. I have never canned anything in my Instant Pot so I am going to give this a go!
So clever. Thank you!!
I LOVE this idea for camping! You can buy shelf stable versions of almost everything in this. I just need to figure out how to make 4 at a time since I have 4 people. Thanks!
Great video! Wife just bought an instant pot… we will need to try this… keto style as I’m diabetic:)
I am trying this as we speak! I work from home and I'm not always hungry when I start work, then I don''t always have a lot of time to stand over the stove to cook breakfast once I am. This should be a great alternative once I get the time down pat.
Hi Kathy recipe looks great. I like the idea of the peach sauce. Thank you for sharing.
Now I need to go buy some jars…Looks good and you can add anything you want to! I like onions and bell pepper! That way I get some veggies with each meal! Thanks!
I'll be darn. I just bought an instant pot the other day. I will fix this for breakfast in the morning. Thanks a whole bunch.
These look awesome except I don't have all the ingredients. How are you doing these days Kathy you look glowing in your new videos or more recent videos. This came up and recommended and I wanted to say hello and this is a great idea for breakfast you could even add some cooked grits if people like that. I said hello a while ago in one of your videos and I don't think you saw me.
Excellent video thanks 🙏👍George in uk
Love this idea❤️
Cool 😎 idea
Very cool!!
What a great idea. I am going to bake cake cook lunches and make TV suppers. All I Mason jars
Thanks! Like you said, the ingredients can vary. I like the idea of using small, wide-mouth Mason jars, since they can be used for storage. I use quart Mason jars to make yogurt, and without the trivet they'll fit, just barely, if arranged just right.
Just one would have been sufficient
