I love Asian flavors but unfortunately most restaurants use sugar laden ingredients so I don’t get to enjoy it like I used to. That’s ok though because we can make home versions! Yum!
Burger ingredients:
1 1/4 lb ground pork (or turkey/chicken)
3 T Bragg’s Amino Acids (or Coconut amino acid or soy sauce)
2 T Oyster sauce (I didn’t use but you can!)
1/2 T Sriracha (or to taste)
3 Scallions, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 t grated ginger (1/2 t dried)
Salt & Pepper to taste (extra for on top before grilling)
Grilled at medium heat for 11 minutes or until temp reads 150
Vegie Medley:
1/2 Green Cabbage, chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
2 Stalks of celery, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
(Use up whatever vegies you have on hand!)
1/2 can water chestnuts
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 t Sesame oil
Bragg’s amino acid to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 T fat to sauté vegies in
