Ingredients:
• 2 ½ cup chopped butternut squash
• 1 cup chopped cauliflower
• 1 ½ cup chopped leeks (white parts only)
• 1 ½ cup red bell pepper
• 32 ounces chicken or turkey broth (Pacific Bone Broth)
• ½ cup organic whipping cream (Organic Valley)
• ¼ tsp. Salt nutmeg
• Cayenne (pinch ¼ tsp optional) or Sriracha
• Black pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. In a soup pot, pour the bone broth and add all the chopped vegetables.
2. Simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
3. Ladle into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
4. Return to the soup pot and add the cream and seasoning to taste.
Spicy Turkey Sliders
Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground turkey
• 3 Tbsp. minced white onion
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• ¼ tsp. powdered chipotle seasoning (optional)
• 3 Tbsp. gluten free low sodium Tamari or Braggs liquid amino acids
• ½ sliced jalapeno pepper
• 1Tbsp Organic Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp. black pepper (optional)
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• Organic iceberg or butter leaf lettuce for wraps
• 2 cups sliced red onions
• 1 Tbsp. walnut oil
Directions:
1. In a small bowl put the tamari and sliced jalapenos and let stand for several hours.
2. In a mixing bowl add the turkey, minced onions, 2 Tbsp. jalapeño tamari sauce and the spices mix thoroughly and form small patties.
3. Grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Pour the extra tamari over the burger and remove from heat and serve on top of your favorite lettuce wrap. Top with grilled onions and sriracha mayonnaise sauce. Garnish with pickles or your favorite condiment.
While the burgers are cooking, grill the sliced red onions in walnut oil over medium heat till tender set aside.

• 6 Tbsp. organic mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. sriracha chili sauce
• 1 tsp. chipotle seasoning
• ¼ tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Will store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
