2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 cup Swerve/Lakanto
¼ tsp Himsalt
¼ tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp vanilla extract
** This mixture will be dividing into 3
separate bowl for 3 different flavours.
Chocolate flavour
200ml (1 box) coconut cream
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
¼ cup Swerve/Lakanto
1 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)
Vanilla flavour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry flavour
100g fresh/frozen strawberry
