My peaches were two 5 gal buckets mushed and sugar added to a 25 brix. I fermented for 2 weeks and strained the meat. I have 5 gal of juice now. Third week and still some off gassing…I want to tell you it already tastes so good…. Took a sample this morn…I am about 14% whoop ass. lol….
