Lucinda makes a delicious sauteed cabbage that is sweet and crunchy with her all-time favorite kitchen tool, the Spurtle. Don’t know what it is? Check out the video above to see it in action.
It’s a cross between a spoon and a spatula that’s bound to become an extension in your hand in the kitchen. You can stir, flip, scrape, spread, stir-fry, and more! Lucinda’s made her own spurtles that are branded with the Mad Hungry logo and come in two sizes- the Spurtle and the Little Spurt.
