David's wife here. I must admit that this recipe has single-handedly made me a kale LOVER. I have always enjoyed eating a few greens on-the-side… but I can eat a whole bowl of this. I had no idea that raw kale was so good! Our two year old son even enjoys it and he is a tough sell when it comes to veggies. We all literally had it for dessert after David made this video….
