Purty cool pan. All I have is ignert pans (cast iron excluded). My black pan is a bio hazard my green pan is shady as hell. Kinda weary on gettin a kathy pan. Good video what happens if yo batts run down in the middle of a recipe? Recon I will stick with cast iron, actually my cast iron is my best non stick.

Enjoyed the video but I am going to stick with my trust Cast Iron. Although that salmon looked pretty darn good.I know I keep saying it, and James don't feel like you have to respond to my comments as I know you read them, your videos are informative and fun to watch. Okay, now its time to dig around in the freezer for that slab of salmon I purchased last week and get it in the cast iron.
