In this video I share with you what I’ve been eating while being Wheat Free. This is just a sample of items and if you’d like to see what I eat for dinner, be sure to watch the WFD videos. UPDATE 2014: I’m no longer solely eating wheat free. In August 2013 I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism (you can watch those videos on my main channel MissCrystal) and this year have really been feeling better overall. Since my metabolism and digestion are working better now, I find I can eat breads/wheat once in a while and it not bother me. I still try not to eat that much. I’ve also lost 12-15 pounds.
