No comments, yet? Oh, better late than never! Blanched spears with lemon (or rice wine vinegar) and olive oil is my favorite. True confession, I often microwave the spears with a splash of water in a glass dish covered with Saran wrap. Then quench in water and ice. Not proud of being lazy with the microwave, although the result is OK.
