God bless Jamie! Before him there was only Fish and chips, English breakfast and other disgusting British food. He changed the perspective of food for millions of English people with very poor diet and bad appearance.

Using metal utensils in a Teflon nonstick pan is a pretty significant mistake if you want to use that pan in the future. Get a silicone spatula
