I like to marinate the beef in fajita seasoning mix, garlic powder, carribean seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and the juice of 1 lime. Better than you'll taste at any mexican restauraunt
I used to love those McCormick seasonings, but they are so loaded with salt, best to combine the herbs and seasonings yourself.
