1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 cups carrot,shredded
1/4 tsp orange food color or 1/8 tsp yellow

Garnish

1/4 cup raisin
Crashed cashew nuts

Bake over 170 degrees – 50minutes
