In this video, you are so annoying.
I find the biggest deterrent and roadblock to keto are snacks or finding alternative snacks to fill the hole that once was. People have to accept the change and the small sacrifices it takes to lose weight. The biggest failure of any diet is when you’re constantly hungry and looking to snack between meals. If you’re doing that on keto you’re doing keto wrong. Keto works when you stick to IF, schedule your meals, and don’t snack unless it’s an emergency.
Have question hope you can answer doing intermittent fasting so eat 12-1pm snack around 3.30-4 and then main meal at 7.30-8 but: need too hit 120 protein 🙁 finding this challenging. Hitting dinner 35-60protein breakfast 50gprotein and little for snack have I got this wrong would you advise please.

I am going to look for the mushrooms that you show here, they sound really good! I would reach out to the company and ask them to sponsor you, and keep showing and mentioning this product. Tag them on facebook and Instagram, or any social platform that you use. You’re getting a lot fo exposure, it would be good for them too. I am vegan but I love your attitude, your little music (love it!) and you have such excellent advice! Love how you talk about the calories (YES!) and how you always mention protein for avoiding hunger. You have many vegan options in your videos, and I take those with me. I totally agree that weighing on a digital scale is huge, the dang measuring cups/spoons are not so accurate. Has made a big difference in my baking too. Blessings & Keto-On!
