hey, fist you remind me of John Malkovich …its a compliment because his way are pretty cool and he articulate's well.
alright, I'm on my second week of induction and lost 6 pounds… I only have 15 left to loose so my question is: should I stay on induction until I reach my goal and then goto phase 4? I'd rather loose my weight rather quickly. I train with weight lifting and cardio so I probably loose more fat than the scale shows (since muscle weigh more than fat)
what about sugar free jello for snacks?
I found a low-carb yogurt at Kroger. 3 net carbs. Have you heard of this brand?
So true but the thing is. I don't WANT to eat the high carb foods. I love being able to fit into my clothes and not have to pull out garment after garment and tossing them on the bed because I am too fat to get into something I use to wear comfortably. That is a thing of the past for me! Yippee
A gentleman my husband works for lost over 200 hundred pounds on low carb only to go off of it and put it back and then some. His excuse was that low carb is so limited and boring. Not so if you are creative. I can make a substitute for just about anything I am craving. It comes down to being determined to eat the right things. Again thanks to people like you they learn that low carb people learn what is acceptable and what isn't.
Love you two, Anita
Thanks for this video jimmy!..this was encouraging.
Awesome I needed a refresher Jimmy. Cause sometimes it gets a little repetitious. Thank you, thank you!

Excellent video Jimmy! I have really enjoyed these past few talking about do's and don'ts good information, and you don't have to attack this way of eating like the Marines hitting the beaches (like I did the first time around). Anyway keep up the great work you two!
