You’ll score a Touch Down with this recipe! No one will even know it’s vegan. No matter who you’re cheering for, everyone will be cheering your praises with this favorite! It takes only a few minutes to whip together and it will disappear just as fast. This Vegan Buffalo Chikin Dip gets it’s chicken from Jack fruit. You’ll want young unripe jack fruit in the can.
Vegan Buffalo Chikin Dip
Ingredients
1 can of young jackfruit (I used ½ a can)
½ cup of cream cheese
½ cup of hot sauce (use your favorite)
½ cup of vegan cheese shreds
Pita or Tortillas for dipping
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Strain and rinse the jackfruit. Squeeze dry or let dry. Pull the jackfruit apart and add to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients into the bowl.
3. Put into a oven safe dish and bake for 20 mins or until it’s brown and bubbling.
4. Serve with pita bread or chips or any of your favorite dippers
