Love love love this video and you gave me some great ideas that I didn’t know existed out there
love your ideas…like the chopped raw pecan, and some shaved parmesan cheese on top of meatballs. The risotto idea is great too…I can totally do that…is there a pesto sauce that you have found that works for our Optavia plan? thank you 🙂 love all your videos. I'm in California and I watch you almost every day…very inspirational and real! You inspire me to stick to plan and lose weight. I only have 15 pounds to go but it is so hard sometimes. Ok, you are now officially my new BESTIE!!! I have another shopping list for my daughter while she's at work tonight lol.
That shaved parmesan cheese is amazing btw. I just got done eating my L&G (chicken breast, cabbage and baked zucchini spears) and I made that sauteed cabbage that we talked about a few days ago and it was amazing!!! Salt, pepper and a little bit of garlic salt. Thanks so much for turning me on to that recipe because it came out great! So damn good, I'll be making that a lot now. 🤗👍
