I do live q&a and cooking show for all active clients, this one was just the cooking show today! We eat a balanced, whole food way of life including carb cycling simply because it makes life easier to live! We live within the American culture with the Standard American Diet…in order to stay focused many people have to remove themselves from their social lives to reach fat loss goals. We don’t. We find a way to eat within what our bodies need while still enjoying our treats. #stressLess and live more!
This is “Cooking-ish” because I’m NOT a Chef! I’m a mom, it’s summer time and I have to prepare meals for myself (and my goals) as well as my kids and my husband…this is REAL life on camera.. I do meals, treats and snacks once a week 🙂
Cookies aka meringue with no sugar!!
3 egg whites- room temp
1/2 scoop protein
hand mixer
liquid stevia drops
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
bake 250* 30 mins
