Food is a very, very essential part of how we feel every day, but it’s beyond nutrition. I used to say if I can cook something faster than I can get delivery, I’m going to cook it. So I developed this perfect evening meal that just can get fixed up and ready in less than 20 minutes. So all you have to do is put a piece of fish in the baking dish. You can pour a little bit of mirin and tamari over it to make it like a glazing. It’s one of my favorite ways to just give it a little taste. Take a piece of fish, put it in the oven. All you need is a baking dish, 12 minutes, 425 degrees, and you have fish. Add some of your marinated kale. You can make it a couple of days in advance and you have it left-over in your fridge. You add that and there you go. Instead of fish and chips, you’ve got fish and greens and it’s really fast, really healthy, low carb, balances your blood sugar, keeps you full, yummy, nourishing, go for it.
