Here’s a 2015 Canadian IMP Menu 5- Scalloped potatoes with ham. These Canadian Individual Meal Packs were first produced in 1981, and have changed quite substantially. With an average of a three year shelf life, these rations are able to be stockpiled but do not hold up well after the BBD expires.
What a high quality ration this was. Many minor things about it, such as the stand for the hot beverage bag, made it of higher quality than the average US MRE. Although the plain hamburger bun leaves something to be desired, there is no specific thing that brings this ration down. An overall good ration, I would recommend it to ration enthusiasts and stockpilers alike.
If you would like your own rations to try, come check out MREInfo. This website is full of everything not only ration but also survival and more.

You got lucky and got 2 peanut butter. Normally there is only one in there.
I think in 2015 or 2016 they started with x8 breakfast, x8 lunch, and x8 dinners. I want to try that wild berry cereal.
