That was awesome. Thanks for sharing. So this comprised 90% of what you eat. What is the other 10%? And you never have a cheat meal? No pizza night? What about Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter? Thank you for your time.
Dude you got to stay away from the can goods I have too much sodium chloride in them it will give you that bloated look

I normally have my Shakeology for breakfast. From there I probably have 5 meals a day on average.

The white and the yolk? The white is entirely protein. The yolk has a lot of good vitamins and minerals but also carries a lot of fat. That is why most people on diet tend to avoid yolks.

People drink low fat or no fat milk to eliminate calories from fat that come with whole milk.You'd still be getting the extra carbs. Again, I would prefer to eat my calories as opposed to drinking them. If you can fit some milk in your day and track it, it is totally fine.
what if you drink 1% milkfat? how is it better for you?
It's a lot of excess sugar. That is why most people stay away form it. A cup is roughly 8g protein and 13g carbs with 12g being sugar. I try to avoid drinking any of my calories. I would much rather eat them 🙂
You may be getting lean enough that it's time to add back in some calories from carbs. You can try just doing a one day refeed of carbs (go to 30/50/20 at your same calorie goal for the day) or switch to 40/40/20 and add 200 calories back to start. Your weight/fat loss should still continue but you should have a great boost of energy. Nice work!
Hey Wayne! First off, awesome job on everything you're doing. Truly inspirational. Question. I started P90X Jan 1. I completed it. I'm 6'0 and I started at 207 lbs and dropped to 176 lbs. I immediately went into P90X2, which I am absolutely in love with. My problem is that I am starting to feel hungry all the time, and tips on curbing this without wrecking the diet? I eat 3 meals with snacks in between (Eat about every 2 hours). I am on Shakeology, I have whey protein powder also.

i started p90x over 2 weeks ago and this looks almost exactly like what my kitchen looks like now haha…glad to know i switched myself to almost what you suggested without even researching xD lot of trial and error though

i used t weigh 240 and i have not yet started p90x but i now weigh 210, i have gained a little muscle but i really need help on what to eat everyday. just a little help on what to eat for lunch and dinner and stuff. my dad does NOT eat like i do. i eat turkey burgers because i like turkey better, but he eats like 85/15 beef and drinks pop and milk like no other. please help! i want to learn what to eat, so when i do start p90x i can lose weight faster.
If you track it against your budgets of protein, carbs, and fat it can be ok. If it's not fat free the fat content will get out of hand. Also, check on how much sugar that is.

That'd be a great idea. You can do a p90X/Insanity hybrid or even just add Upper Body Weight Training from the Insanity Deluxe package.

Working out always helps. I would still recommend tracking your nutrition and trying to get in as much protein as you can.
