We purchase unit about 16 months ago. We have used this about dozen time. We keep it unplug until we use it. Went to use it and main control board had no power. Power at plug but unit completely dead. Contact customer service and they said that they usually replace if under 1 yr. Since this over a year, they will do nothing. In addition, you can not get parts to fix unit. No support after warranty expires. Very expenses through away appliance.
If you have an active family like mine, cleaning is ONLY my job. It gets pretty greasy. Unplug the unit. If I stand the oven on it's non control side down and prop the door open, I use a portable steamer, cleaning , with the steamer aiming always to the back of the unit, then wipe down with a HOT, damp cloth or sponge it comes sparkling clean….let stand for 6 to 8 hours with the door open to dry the unit. No chemicals or risk of poisoning. The end result it looks like new again!
Can I use Easy Off to clean the inside of the oven? I clean the air fryer after each use, but there is orange gunk stuck to the inside of the roof and the sides that does not come off with "moist cloth" or a soft moist sponge.
Can the tough grease be steam loosened with lemon juice? Like how you can loosen messes and clean microwaves by heating a cup of lemon juice on high for a minute. I realize I would need to use an oven safe dish. Just curious if you know if it would be ok before I attempt it. Thanks
I received my Airfryer 360 without any accessories. not even an owners manual. Still no response to my email i sent. not happy.
We clean our drip tray clean before each use and it is kept on a level surface yet oil continues to leak from the bottom behind the dryer. Is this a defect or is it required the fryer be taken apart to clean?

the inside wall where the fan is located (right side) has gotten gunky. Never thought about wiping the inside walls. I've washed everything else immediately. What do you suggest for cleaning this? Is an oven cleaner okay?
