Hi! New subscriber ! You said to add baking soda but you didn't mention how much? I would love to make this soon ! Thanks so much!
Hi I was wondering what temperature do you bake it at…thanks
You are perfect. "I'm going to lift weights and then go to chipotle and get a giant burrito".
I like how you always mention safety.
Bit of vanilla essence and some cinnamon on the top goes a treat on this
This is very gooey but firm enough to slice. Soooo yummyyyy! So delicious! The first time I made it, I ate HALF of the entire dish. Really bad….had to stop myself from eating the rest, because I was eating it after dinner and was about to sleep. Ending up eating the rest at breakfast 10 hours later LOL
Oooh! i cant wait to try this! Thank you sasha
Are Chipotles tortillas vegan?! I didn't know they were! if so, I will be going there ASAP. Do you know for sure that they are? thanks! @Rice And RawΒ
I love this recipe. Although i did tweak it a little bit. I used homemade applesauce instead of butter, and I used oat flower, blended dry oats, instead of white flower. I also added blueberries. Yum! Thanks for the idea.
15 bananas? Ain't nobody got time for dat. Ok, truthfully, I wanted to make it but I only have 2 ripe bananas. Hmph.
YUM! my mouth is watering now haha! This looks delicious! <3
Did you lift weights even when you were heavier? Just wanted to know because you're beautiful! But I heard that if you lift while you're chunky you'll get bulky. Thanks for the video!
Lol, 15 bananas! You inspired me to make banana bread today, thanks =D Love your videos and personality Sasha!
yum yum ym gorgeous banana bread, LOL. I'm the opposite, I like cardio and not much for weights.
Where do you buys so many bananas for so cheap? I'm starting this lifestyle when I return to the states from living in Europe, and I plan to scope out prices for bananas in bulk at grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Sprouts, etc.) Do you have a better suggestion? Thanks!! Your videos are so helpful, I can relate to your previous self-doubt and frustration. You look great now, and you have a great personality!! Keep it up π
Looks awesome – I would like to surprise my wife with this.
I guess I replace the fat by apple puree.
YUM! I will definitely be making this!
Yummy
Hi Sasha, one question. How do you manage to stay on track of the 80 10 10 and lift weights? Have you increased a bit the fat intake due to your fitness routine? I consider myself quite an active person, I do cardio and weights / strength exercises at least 6 times per week and I'm struggling with cravings for more fat intake. Although I make sure I am properly carbed up during the workout sessions, at the same time I often find myself without energy and stamina. I made a contact with a friend who is an ultramarathon competitor and a heavy lifter, and he said he had increased the fat intake due to his requirements and kept the carbs high. I do not like the idea but perhaps I should give it a try. What do you think? Comments appreciated. Thank you π
I'm making banana bread right now, and somehow I came across this video of yours…and it made me smile. Lol,
Hey Sasha! Just a little comment, maybe you should think about investing in a better quality camera.. I feel like it would be more interesting to watch your videos!
This sounds sooo delicious! Definitely going to try that, too. You and your mom have really cool ideas π
Hey Sasha! love your videos! I was wondering if you could do a gym routine video? Just a brief run down of what a typical day of lifting looks like for you for us weight training newbies! π Keep up the great work!
LOve this!! can you use oat flour instead of rice flour.. has anyone tried that?
Also yes you do see results right away with weight lifting.. and it did take me a long time with cardio but i still love it π thanks!!
Thought: Β If you wanted to, you could probably use coconut flour and you could get away with not using any sugar at all if you wanted to. Β That coconut flour's so sweet on its own that you wouldn't need it. Β I'm actually trying to dry out the almond pulp left over from when i'd made almond milk yesterday, so that might be a really good flour choice too. Β So many options, so many options lol
You can also substitute any kind of butter or oil for apple sauce.Β
I make a version of this with carob and mint calling them mint brownies. Also, you can add blended garbanzo beans instead of the vegan butter. Fat free. And wicked delicious brownie batter!!
oooh, I can smell it… thanks!

Does chipolte have vegan burritos?
I always alter recipes! If I'm making it, I am going to make it my way. lol. Great video :).Β
When is the right time to eat this? After fruits and before cooked meal?
Boyfriend is up for trying it out tonight π I'll definitely post a pic!
