Ginger and Cilantro Pineapple-Strawberry Salad

1 cup 1/2″ diced fresh strawberries
1 cup 1/2″ diced fresh kiwi
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced pickled ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon diced fresh jalapeño (optional)
Combine all ingredients together in bowl toss and serve. Serves 4. Best served shortly after tossing salad.
